A spokesman for the Camden, N.J.-based company said Campbell will offer six varieties of dry soup and recipe mixes in stores nationwide, starting in September. “The prepared soup market has been growing fast. The dried soup segment is growing at almost an explosive rate,” said spokesman James H. Moran. The six varieties include chicken noodle with white chicken meat, onion and Cheddar cheese. Moran said Campbell’s has been testing the product for three years in four different states under the trade name “Comin’ Home.”
