Control Data will sell and lease back its building.

The company said it plans to sell its headquarters complex in Bloomington, Minn., and two nearby facilities for $59 million and lease back the properties. The agreement is with Union Trust Fund of Miami. Control Data said proceeds will be used to repay debt.
