Court Grants Execution Delay in Triple Murder Case

SEATTLE —
A federal court Monday stopped what would have been Washington state’s first execution in 22 years, by granting a delay requested by attorneys for Charles Campbell. Campbell was convicted of murdering two women and a girl three years ago.
