A pharmacist, a physician’s assistant and a clinic employee were enjoined from practicing or operating any facility that dispenses dangerous drugs. The orders by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Norman L. Epstein were the latest in civil and criminal litigation by the state attorney general’s office against 31 people for violations of drug laws. Enjoined were Ernest Washington, 58, of Los Angeles, a pharmacist at Fashion Plaza Pharmacy; William Moses, 38, of Reseda, a physician’s assistant, and Neil Gregory, 41, of Fullerton, an employee at Clinica Central, Los Angeles Medical Group.
