Eagle Computer sold inventory to a Korean firm.

The sale of $3.5 million worth of inventory to ACECO Electronics Co. Ltd. of Seoul, part of an agreement signed in May, is designed to give a cash infusion to the troubled Garden Grove computer maker. The sale is the first step in what is expected to be an ongoing relationship between the companies. The agreement allows ACECO to manufacture Eagle products and to seek distribution rights to Eagle products in the Republic of Korea.
