Continental Telecom Completes Acquisition

Continental Telecom Inc. said it completed its acquisition of Northern Data Systems Inc. of Bedford, N.H., in an exchange of shares.

The acquisition was approved at a special meeting of Northern Data stockholders and was consummated immediately following the meeting, the company said.
