Single-Level Condominiums Open Today in Yorba Linda

Village II, a neighborhood of single-level condominiums in The Villages of Yorba Linda, being developed by YL/La Palma Limited Partnership in the Lomas de Yorba planned community, officially opens the first 85 units today, with 49 of a total of 163 homes already sold.

The condominiums are offered in four floor plans with two bedrooms, two bedrooms and den or three bedrooms, all with two baths, and measure 950 to 1,127 square feet of living space. Prices range from $88,900 to $101,000, and financing options include VA, FHA and a Yorba Linda bond program at 9 3/8% (10.6% annual rate), among the lowest in the state.

Features of the homes include wood-burning fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, dining rooms and two-car garages. The complex has visitor parking, swimming pool and spa, 1,500-square-foot recreation building with sauna and kitchen, volleyball court, picnic and barbecue areas and children’s playground, all maintained through the homeowners’ association for $82.18 a month.

Four models decorated by Bobbie Stearn are open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 23425 Old Village Road, inside the Lomas de Yorba entrance off La Palma Avenue near Weir Canyon Road.
