Mission Valley Building Purchased for $5 Million

A three-story, 55,344-square-foot office building at 2727 Camino del Rio South in Mission Valley was purchased for $5 million by Del Rio Sur Properties. The seller, Amreal Capital Realty, was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services, San Diego and Comercial Pacific Properties was the cooperating broker.
