House OKs Missing Children Bill

WASHINGTON —
A bill to allow photographs and biographies of missing children to be printed on government mail was passed today by the House. Approved by voice vote and sent to the Senate, the bill would make the program discretionary and end it after 30 months. Reports to the President and Congress on how effective the program has been in helping locate missing children would be required within two years after enactment.
