Three new names were added to the Los Angeles Police Department’s “10 Most Wanted” list of murder suspects. The first is Martin Mareno Padilla, 22, sought in connection with a Sept. 18, 1984, shooting in the city’s Southwest area. Padilla is accused by police of shooting a man and a woman in the head. Also wanted is Juan Ochoa Torres, 33, who allegedly shot and killed his wife on March 10 when she threatened to call police to report molestation of his 13-year-old stepdaughter. In addition, police are seeking Santley Stephen Vance, 37, a paroled bank robber, who is accused of “executing” a suspected narcotics dealer with a gun and strangling the man’s female partner.
