Marriott Leases Space in Los Alamitos Center

The Marriott Corp. has leased 134,000 square feet of office and assembly space in the Los Alamitos Corporate Center, according to Costa Mesa-based O’Connell, Brigham & Partners, the developer.
Aggregate value of the transaction was estimated at more than $2.6 million. Coldwell Banker represented Marriott, and the Seeley Co. is exclusive agent for the center.
