First National Corp., parent of First National Bank, reported a 30% drop in earnings, to $301,000, for the six months ended June 30. Assets increased 28% to $116.7 million, deposits rose 38% to $99.3 million and net loans increased 43% to $93.3 million. The bank’s net worth ratio--shareholder equity compared to total assets--dropped from 17% to 14% as of June 30.
