Israeli Jobless Rate Up

JERUSALEM — Unemployment rose to 6.4% in Israel in the second quarter of 1985, only the second time it has hit this mark since the beginning of 1982, the government said Friday. Newspapers said that 6.4% translates into 93,000 Israelis out of work and actively looking for jobs.
