Lawrence M. White has been elected to First American Title Insurance Co.’s board of directors. White, 46, is regional vice president of First American Title and also vice president of operations for the Santa Ana company, which is the principal subsidiary of The First American Financial Corp. Wayne A. Condict has been named to the new position of vice president and legal counsel of First American Trust Company, an affiliate of First American Title, where Condict, 40, had been associate counsel.
