Workers Finish Cleanup of Beltway Chemical Spill

FAIRFAX, Va. —
Workers completed cleanup operations at the site of a chemical spill early Tuesday and reopened the Capital Beltway in time for the morning rush hour.
No one was seriously hurt when the toxic chemicals spilled from a tanker truck on Monday, but at least two persons were treated for nausea and dizziness, officials said.
