East Germans Jail Spy

EAST BERLIN —
An East German military court jailed a West German for 13 years Friday for “large-scale military espionage,” the official ADN news agency said. The report named the man as Guenter Maag and said he had been working for the West German intelligence service since 1979, using private visits to East Germany as a cover.
