Office-Condo Building Finished in Sherman Oaks

Construction has been completed on Linden Court, an $18-million, four-story office-condominium building on the northwest corner of Sepulveda and Magnolia boulevards in Sherman Oaks.

The 100,000-square-foot building with a 5,000-square-foot, four-story atrium was designed by Samuel Wacht Associates, AIA of Los Angeles, to ensure optimum thermal and acoustical qualities. The James Dean Group, which designed the landscaping, and the Wacht firm received awards for their work on the building from the San Fernando Valley chapter, American Institute of Architects.

All office spaces in the building are being sold in sizes to meet the buyers’ needs. Forty per cent of the space has already been sold at prices ranging from $195 to $255 a square foot. Frank G. Linden & Associates is the sales agent and developer.
