N.Y. Lottery Jackpot Surpasses $28 Million

NEW YORK —
There was no winner of the New York Lotto for the seventh straight drawing, so the jackpot will increase to $28.5 million, the second largest lottery payoff in North American history, an official said Sunday.
The winning numbers, 26-40-7-46-14-45, would have paid a state record prize of $23 million, lottery spokesman George Yamin said.
