Hevka Sramek, co-founder of BoMed Medical Manufacturing, Ltd. of Irvine and its vice president and secretary for the last five years, has been named president of the company. B. Bo Sramek, her husband and the company’s other co-founder, continues as chairman and chief executive but will devote more of his time to research and development projects.
