Phillips cut deliveries from a natural gas field.

Phillips Petroleum, which operates a natural gas field that has been plagued by a sinking seabed in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea, said it is cutting back deliveries by about 25% to customers in France, the Netherlands and West Germany. The customers affected are Gaz de France, Gasunie of the Netherlands and Ruhrgas of West Germany.
