Bruce McMillen has been elected executive vice president and chief financial officer of the Federal National Mortgage Assn. (Fannie Mae), succeeding Stuart McFarland, who resigned to join a private firm. McMillen had been vice president and chief financial officer of BarclaysAmerican Corp. in Charlotte, N.C.
