Reagan Aide for Liaison With Jews Gets New Post

WASHINGTON —
Marshall Breger, President Reagan’s special assistant for liaison with the Jewish community, is leaving the White House to become chairman of the Administrative Conference of the United States, the White House announced Thursday. The conference reviews the fairness and effectiveness of federal agency rules and benefits.
