5.9-Acre Hotel Site Bought in Ontario

A Denver-based investment trust has bought a 5.9-acre site on the northeast corner of Vineyard Avenue and Holt Boulevard, Ontario, for about $2.6 million from Charles Leggio and others.

Cushman & Wakefield, Newport Beach and Ontario, which represented both the buyer and the seller, said the new owner is negotiating with various hotel entities.
