First Interstate Bancorp, Los Angeles, named Robert G. Riddett Jr. president and chief executive of its management consulting subsidiary, Results Consulting Group, based in Atlanta. He succeeds A. Wayne Johnson, who previously was named president and chief executive of First Interstate Bancard Co. in Simi Valley.
