A hotel maid Thursday morning found the nude body of an unidentified black woman who had been stabbed numerous times in the upper body, according to a San Diego Police Department spokesman.
Spokesman Bill Robinson said the maid found the body of a woman about 25 years old at 11 a.m. when she went to clean a room in the TraveLodge motel on El Cajon Boulevard.
Tenants of neighboring rooms said they heard sounds of a fight during the evening.
