12 Alleged Puerto Rican Terrorists Plead Not Guilty

HARTFORD, Conn. —
Twelve alleged Puerto Rican terrorists charged in a $7-million robbery of a Wells Fargo storage facility pleaded not guilty Friday during bail hearings in federal court.
The FBI has said the defendants belong to Los Macheteros (machete wielders), which authorities say is a terrorist organization that supports the use of violence to win independence for Puerto Rico.
