Acacia Park, a security-gated development of 58 condominiums in Garden Grove, opens today with 22 units in the first phase.

Priced from $129,500 to $149,500 with 9.875% interest for the first year of a 30-year adjustable-rate loan, these units are available in four two-story floor plans with two to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or three baths.

Designed by architect Tom Hilton, the 502-to-1,699-square-foot, English Tudor-style homes will also include built-in wet bars, wall safes, wood-burning fireplaces, skylights, formal dining rooms and breakfast nooks when ready for first move-ins in November. A monthly homeowners fee of $110 will provide for maintenance of landscaped grounds and recreational facilities, including a swimming pool, spa and sauna.
