Benefit Also Serves as Hotel Topping Out

A street-fair benefit for the Hotel for Homeless Women, to be built at the YWCA in Santa Ana, served also as the topping out of a 13-story Holiday Inn under construction in Koll Center, Irvine, through the efforts of the hotel chain, the McCarthy construction firm and Koll Columbia Venture, principals of the project.
