Condo Developer Buys Industrial Property

Mola Development, a developer of residential condominiums in Huntington Beach, has purchased an 80,000-square-foot building on 7.4 acres at 17200 S. Red Hill Ave in the Irvine Industrial Complex for $5.7 million. The seller of the property was Barry L. Miller Engineering Co. Inc., which has mixed to Oceanside. Miller was represented by Occidental Brokerage of Santa Ana and Mola by Par Western Interest.
