Firm Working on 3 Buildings
Three office/warehouse buildings totaling more than 307,000 square feet will be built for Watson Land Co., a major developer of industrial parks in Los Angeles County, by the Clock Construction Co. of Irvine.
The $3.9-million contract is for additions to the 900-acre Watson Industrial Center South in Carson, and the 175-acre Watson Alameda Industrial Park in Dominguez Hills.
Grading is under way, and there is a six-month construction schedule.
