Laura Ashley Holdings, the international design, clothes and home furnishings group, confirmed that its proposed public flotation will take place by year-end, despite the recent death of its co-founder. Bernard Ashley, who co-founded the company with his late wife 32 years ago, said the group will seek a full listing on the London Stock Exchange. U.S. residents will not be eligible to buy shares.
