The Irvine Community Development Company (ICD) has appointed Robert O. Deane, 45, manager of research and product development. He had been president of The Deane Organization, a San Ramon consulting firm, for ten years before his appointment to the new position. ICD, a division of the Irvine Company, develops residential communities in Irvine, Newport Beach, Tustin and Orange.
