Donald B. Wilson joined Aeroscientific Corp. as general manager of Anaheim operations; George Benton was named vice president of marketing for Catel Telecommunications, Santa Clara, and R.A. Wilson was named chairman of Irlandus Circuits Ltd. All three firms are subsidiaries of Data-Design Laboratories, Cucamonga.
