Burnham American Properties and Burnham Sleepy Hollow, two John Burnham and Company-affiliated public real estate limited partnerships, declared fiscal fourth-quarter distributions payable Oct. 18 to partners of record on Sept. 30. Burnham American Properties will pay 55 cents per unit and Burnham Sleepy Hollow will pay 40 cents.
