Oak Industries settled a class-action lawsuit.

As expected, the Rancho Bernardo-based media concern will pay $13.25 million to settle a class-action suit brought by shareholders who alleged securities fraud and negligence. The company last year included the $13.25-million figure in a reserve fund. Still unsettled is a class-action suit against several former Oak officers and directors.
