Evergreen Village Condos Holds Grand Opening Today

A grand opening is scheduled today for Evergreen Village, American Diversified Capital Corp.’s new 332-unit condominium community in Anaheim.

Situated midway between Katella Avenue and Ball Road on Knott Avenue, the project opens Phase 1 with 84 homes featuring three single-level floor plans in a choice of one- or two-bedrooms arrangements with one or two full baths.

Interiors have fully equipped kitchens, carpeting, raised panel entry doors, vaulted ceilings, separate washer/dryer areas and attached fully enclosed garages.

The units are priced from $78,900 to $100,500 and have from 785 to 1,012 square feet of interior space, in addition to patio areas or sun decks. The homeowners’ monthly fee is $85 for phase one, to be reduced upon completion of other phases.

Evergreen Village is situated on an 18.6-acre site planned in a series of four courts and will feature two private recreation areas for residents and their guests, that will include swimming pool, spa, sauna and cabana.
