Your “Hot Property” was one of the most interesting news items ever to hit the real estate section of The Times besides Dick Turpin’s.
The “Tallest Building Rising in N.Y.” (Sept. 15.) interested me very much because I am very familiar with the area. My first architectural and industrial design studio was the penthouse at 18 East 53rd Street. Your Wrigley mansion news item also interested me as I was a friend of Mr. Renton, the Catalina Island’s general manager for Mr. Wrigley.
