North Hollywood Seniors Facility Fully Occupied

Magnolia Towers, a North Hollywood senior citizen housing facility that opened in May, is now fully occupied, according to Stanley Treitel, executive director of the United Community and Housing Corp.
United Community and Housing Corp. developed the facility in a joint venture with Cooperative Services Inc. of Detroit.
Designed by Maxwell Starkman Associates of Beverly Hills, the $11-million, 13-story structure with 200 units is at 11035 Magnolia Blvd., in the North Hollywood Community Redevelopment Area.
