20 Meadowalk Single-Family Homes Open Today in Ontario

Grand opening of Meadowalk, the Gibbs Co.’s new $10-million community of 89 single-family detached homes at 3832 San Lorenzo River Road in Ontario, is being marked today.

There are 20 homes in Phase 1, in single- and two-story levels, featuring three floor plans in Spanish, California and Tudor motifs with three or four bedrooms and up to 2 1/2 baths, with a square footage of 1,258 to 1,689.

The Len Noble-designed homes are priced from $110,900 to $123,990 and have attached three-car garages, double front doors, ceramic-tiled entries, covered porches and lifetime concrete roofs. Kitchens have been planned to accommodate gourmet entertaining and include a breakfast nook.

The project is located at the 410-acre master-planned Creekside communities site where residents may enjoy the nearby amenities of a 7.6-acre lake for boating or fishing, bike trails, two large swimming pools, spas, lighted tennis courts and play areas. A homeowners’ fee of $25 per month will be charged for maintenance of the common areas.

The project is open daily, except Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
