2.4-Acre Site Bought for Garden Office Complex

Devtech One Ltd., a partnership, has purchased 2.4 acres on Mesa Ridge Court near Mira Mesa Blvd. in the Mesa Rim Industrial Park for $1,359,000 from Kaiser Development Corp. and plans to build a 45,000-square-foot garden office complex. The Kaiser firm, known in that area as Kacor, was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services and Devtech by Realty Financial Group.
