Phoenix Firm Opens Newport Beach Office

Cavan Associates Ltd., a Phoenix-based real estate development and investment company, has opened new offices at 840 Newport Center Drive, Suite 20, in Newport Beach.
The firm has made its first substantial investment in Orange County, in a commercial office and hotel project in Huntington Beach, known as One Pacific Plaza to be located at Beach Boulevard and the San Diego Freeway. Construction of a $40-million, 200,000-square-foot office building will begin late this year.
