William D. Lang has been appointed president and chief executive of Ticor Realty Tax Services, Los Angeles. Lang was formerly partner in charge of management consulting services for Coopers & Lybrand, Newport Beach.

Charles W. Johnson Jr. has been named vice president and chief financial officer of Glenfed Development Corp., the residential building subsidiary of Glendale Federal Savings.

Jack Custer, Irvine Pacific Development Company’s director of sales for custom home sites, has been appointed a member of the National Assn. of Homebuilders Institute of Residential Marketing.
