SAN DIEGO COUNTY - News from Oct. 8, 1985

First La Mesa Bank (in organization) has exceeded its $3.7-million initial capitalization and likely will bring in more than $4 million, according to president and chief executive Paul J. Sipe. The bank expects to open for business late next month or in early December.
