PCM International, an El Toro-based firm that manages condominium developments including Leisure World in Laguna Hills, has made several management changes. Effective Oct. 1, Steven Steele was promoted to chief executive officer of Congregate Living Systems Inc., a PCM subsidiary that provides consulting and management services to developers of hotel-like residential developments for the elderly. Steele, who steps up from executive vice president, will assume the administrative duties previously performed by Congregate Living Systems President Ron Sherod. Sherod will retain the title of president but will focus on marketing and consulting activities.

Deborah Peters has been appointed president of another newly formed PCM subsidiary called PCM Escrow Services in Newport Beach, which will offer escrow services to the general public. Previously PCM confined its escrow service to buyers and sellers of property in Leisure World, Laguna Hills. And Karen Collier has been appointed to the new position of director of management and administrative services at PCM. Collier, who was previously manger of operations, now will be responsible for supervising all community managers and administrative staff for PCM of California’s El Toro office.
