Office Building Under Way

The 220,000-square-foot, $40-million first Financial Plaza will open March 1, 1986, at Ventura and Balboa boulevards, Encino, and will house the national headquarters of its developer, First Financial Group Inc. Paul Elis & Co. is the leasing agent.
