A caller claiming to represent the fundamentalist Islamic Liberation Organization said three Soviet hostages will be killed and the Soviet Embassy in Beirut blown up unless the mission is closed within 48 hours, a Lebanese Christian radio station said. The Islamic organization has claimed responsibility for kidnaping four Soviet Embassy officials Sept. 30 and killing one of them two days later. It is believed that only about 50 people remain at the embassy.
