Two new managers have taken over the operations and the marketing departments of three California acute care hospitals--two of them in Orange County--owned by Seattle-based American Health Group International Inc., said Michael D. Drobot, president of the firm. The newly created position of corporate director of marketing has been filled by Brian J. Dobbins, who has worked for the corporation since 1982. Dobbins will head efforts to recruit doctors and to develop marketing plans and publications for each of the three hospitals, Tustin Community Hospital, Pacifica Community Hospital in Huntington Beach and Simi Valley Community Hospital.

Michael G. Servais, who has been executive director of the two Orange County facilities and a regional director since he joined the corporation in 1981, will take over as vice president of operations for the corporation. He will assume all operational responsibilities for the three hospitals.
