Energy Factors last week signed an agreement to acquire 51% of Viking Energy to assist in the development of cogeneration plants in the Midwest and East. The plants will be owned and operated by Viking and will be built by Bechtel Power Corp. In addition, the company’s 1984 annual report was recently judged best in its industry by the National Assn. of Investors, a nonprofit group.
