Where to Find Valley Nursery School Co-Ops

The following parent participation co-ops are members of the San Fernando Valley Council of Parent Participation Nursery Schools.

The Valley council provides a forum for discussing educational trends, licensing changes and parent-to-child ratios (now one to five), enables co-ops to obtain reduced insurance rates and serves as liaison to the state council. A delegate represents each preschool on the council. This unifies the co-ops, which vary in their four- to five-day weekly schedules and policies of either separating children by ages and days or integrating 2 1/2- through 4 1/2-year-olds:
