Lease Signed in Orange

Motorola Semiconductor Products Inc., a division of Motorola Inc., has signed a long-term, $1.2-million lease agreeement with Orange for 11,000 square feet of space in a 174-acre mixed-use community known as The City, developed, managed and leased by Tishman West.
